Privacy notice

What we collect when you book, why we need it, and how to see, fix or delete it.

R&R Pickle HUB ("we", "us") runs this website so players can book our pickleball court. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it, as required by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Who we are and how to reach us

R&R Pickle HUB, a one-court pickleball venue.

What we collect

You don't need an account to book. When you reserve the court, we collect:

  • Your name, so we know who to look for at the counter.
  • Your mobile number, so we can contact you about your booking.
  • Your booking details: date, hours, paddles, total price, how you'll pay and your booking code.
  • If you pay with GCash: a screenshot of your payment and the reference number. The screenshot may show your GCash name, number and the amount.

We don't ask for government IDs, birthdays, addresses or any sensitive personal information. Please don't include any in your screenshot.

Why we use it

  • To reserve the court for you and keep two groups from booking the same hour.
  • To check your payment and confirm your booking.
  • To contact you about your booking, for example if an event or repairs affect your time.
  • To stop fake or spam bookings (for example, one mobile number can have up to 3 unpaid bookings at a time).
  • To keep basic records of our bookings and income.

We use your information because you give it to us to book, and because we need it to provide the booking you asked for. By reserving, you agree to this use. We never sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only the court's admins (the owner and the person who manages this website) can see names, mobile numbers and payment screenshots. Other visitors only see which hours are taken, never who booked them.

We use these service providers to run the website. They store or deliver information for us and may see basic technical details like your IP address:

  • Supabase stores bookings and payment screenshots on servers in Singapore. This means your information is stored outside the Philippines.
  • Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website pages.
  • Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the website's fonts and a code library.

If you tap our Facebook, Messenger or Google Maps links, those services' own privacy policies apply. We only share information with others if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Payment screenshots are deleted automatically 3 months after your play date.
  • Your name, mobile number and GCash reference are removed automatically 1 year after your play date. We keep the date, hours and amount, without your name, for our records.
  • A screenshot uploaded without finishing a booking is deleted within a day.

How we protect it

  • The whole site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
  • Database rules hide your details from everyone except logged-in admins.
  • Payment screenshots are kept in private storage.
  • Admin accounts are protected by passwords, and new accounts can't sign themselves up.

If a security problem ever puts your information at risk, we'll tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • be told how your information is used (this notice);
  • see the information we have about you;
  • have wrong information corrected;
  • object to how we use it, or ask us to delete or block it;
  • get a copy of your information in a usable format;
  • be paid damages if your information is misused; and
  • file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

To use any of these rights, email lemstone06@gmail.com or message our Facebook page with the mobile number you booked with. We'll check it's really you, then reply as soon as we can. If you ask us to delete your data, any upcoming bookings under that number will be cancelled.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers for visitors. Nothing is saved in your browser when you book. The admin page saves a login session in the admin's own browser, which is needed for it to work.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
