The rules for booking the court, paying and playing at R&R Pickle HUB.

These terms apply when you use this website or book the court at R&R Pickle HUB. By reserving, you agree to them, to our Privacy notice and to our Cancellation and refund policy.

Booking the court

  • You book the whole court by the hour. Pick a date and as many hours as you need.
  • Your booking is saved when the site shows your booking code. Keep the code.
  • Use your real name and a working mobile number. We may cancel bookings with false or unreachable details.
  • One mobile number can hold up to 3 upcoming unpaid bookings at a time.
  • Come about ten minutes early and give your name or booking code at the counter.
  • The court fits singles or doubles, so two to four players at a time.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Philippine pesos on each hour before you book, with any paddle rental added. The total shown when you reserve is the amount for that booking.
  • Pay at the counter: pay in cash or GCash when you arrive.
  • Pay now with GCash: send the exact amount, then attach the screenshot and reference number. We check every GCash payment. A booking with a payment we can't find may be cancelled.

Cancelling or moving a booking

Message us as early as you can with your booking code. See our Cancellation and refund policy.

When we need the court

Sometimes we need to close the court, for example for an event, repairs, bad weather or safety. If this affects your booking, we'll contact you on the number you gave and help you move your booking, or refund what you paid.

Court rules

  • Wear rubber-soled shoes that don't mark the court. No slippers on the court.
  • Rented paddles must be returned at the end of your booking. Tell the staff if a paddle gets damaged.
  • Please follow the staff's instructions and leave the court on time for the next group.

Playing safely

Pickleball is a physical sport. Warm up, play within your limits, and keep an eye on your belongings. Tell the staff right away if you see anything unsafe on the court. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under Philippine law.

The photos, logo and text on this site belong to R&R Pickle HUB. Please don't copy them without asking. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the booking system.

Changes and contact
